I recieved a sample of Urban Decay’s Vice lipstick in the shade Venom at Sephora. This shade is darker than the the other Vice lipstick shades in my collection. Venom is a cool grape colour. It is a perfect addition for springtime.
The Packaging
Vice lipsticks come in a chrome-silver bullet. It is lightweight and fits well into any clutch or purse. The cover is tougher to remove than full-sized lipsticks. I attribute this to the size. Attached to the bottom is a sticker that displays the colour, shade name, and finish.
The Colour
I adore this colour. I favor darker shades of lipstick during fall and winter months. Venom is a bright plum, with muted pink undertones.
The Finish
The cream finish is moisturizing and soft. It is slightly shiny. I enjoy how the finish gives the lipstick a demured shine once on the lips. It lasts 3-4 hours on the lips without eating/drinking. If you prefer a matte finish, this colour is available as a liquid lipstick! Urban Decay released a Vice Liquid Lipstick line earlier this year.
Urban Decay Vice lipstick retails for $17 ($21 in Canada). The selection includes 100 shades.
Have you tried Urban Decay lipstick? Which shade is your favourite?

I love the Urban Decay Vice lipsticks! They are such high quality. My personal favorite shade is Oblivion. It is their mega matte formula, and it is a gray-taupe shade.
