REVIEW: Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask

Hello, lovelies!

With colder weather approaching, I like to incorporate products into my daily routine to moisturize my lips. I’ve always loved Laneige products and couldn’t wait to try the Lip Sleeping Mask after I bought it at Sephora last month.

The Packaging

The packaging of this lip mask is fun, travel-friendly and eye-catching. The lip mask comes in a rounded jar that fits in the palm of your hand. The jar itself is a gorgeous pale pink and bears the Laneige logo. It is lightweight and can be easily carried in a purse, makeup bag, or even your pocket!

The Mask

One of my favourite aspects of this lip mask is the texture of the mask. It feels like a balm, and it is soft to the touch. When applied to the lips, the mask feels moisturizing, lightweight and buttery-soft. It doesn’t feel heavy or sticky after it is applied. It smells faintly of fresh berries, owing to the raspberry, strawberry, blueberry and cranberry extracts packed into the mask. After wearing this mask both morning and overnight, my lips were soft, plump and smooth.

How to use it

I usually apply this mask in the morning and evening as a part of my skincare routine. The full-sized jar comes with an applicator to apply the product. I have a travel-sized jar and apply it with my fingertips. Simply apply the product to the lips and let it absorb. I love that it does not need to be rinsed off. I apply it to my lips and let it do the work!

Laneige’s Lip Sleeping Mask is a wonderful product to keep the lips smooth, hydrated and plump. This mask is perfect to travel with, and can be applied morning or night. I love applying it daily as part of my skincare routine. Laneige’s Lip Sleeping Mask retails for $24 at Sephora.
